Summary: This was our fourth time staying and we still love how the stress melts away when we are here. We enjoyed the kayaks and brought our own paddleboard this time. We love the layout of the home. Tons of space! The beds are comfy, the views are the best and the wildlife is magical.

Summary: Our group of friends (three couples and one single -- all over 65 and half of whom are birders) was over the moon about the location of the house. It overlooks an estuary and marshes, with lots of birds to see, especally off the dock. The sunsets over the water were a delight. Beautiful older Asian furniture adds a wonderful dimension to the visit and there are many lovely spaces -- inside and out -- in which to gather as a group or as individuals in all weather. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to return.

Summary: Incredible private property to spend the weekend. We were able to get our sea ray from the public ramp at Homosassa to the house by way of the Perry creek, and some local knowledge. Draft at dock was a few feet deep. Wonderful property. Peaceful stay. We were able to explore a new area by boat and had a great experience at this beautiful and unique house.
