Summary: We have been coming to Crystal River for 7 years . We have stayed in a different place every year . This was by far our most favorite . We came with a 26 foot boat and a 21 . Plenty of room on the dock , and plenty of room in the drive way for trucks and trailers . The house was so clean , and offered almost anything you could possibly need in the kitchen .The location is perfect , and we can’t wait to come back .

Summary: Property is a perfect location if you desire to be on the water. We brought our boat and had a great time. There are kayaks available on site too. There were so many items available to use that made the stay so wonderful and convenient. The kitchen is fully stocked, there are lots of game options and I really appreciated the basket of toys for our toddler. Beds were comfy and the property is big enough that we never felt crowded or on top of each other as we brought our extended family with us. Wonderful time and great place to stay.

Summary: The pictures do not do justice to how lovely this home is. It had plenty of room for our 10 guest. The owner was amazing and helped us figure out how to use the included kayaks to paddle to the Three Sisters Spring. (Which was beautiful!) We saw Manatees right from the dock. The pool was perfect and the living room accommodated all of us for movie night. The game room kept us entertained when we were ready to come inside. The neighborhood was private and was a great place for a morning run or a bike ride on the included bikes. The only negative we have is we wish we would’ve stayed longer. Excellent place!!

Summary: Gorgeous, roomy well equipped home. Everyone had all the space they needed. We were a party of twelve., so 4 full baths was great! There was an issue with the plumbing, but the owners persevered and got it fixed. Plenty of kayaks, and 3 bikes. Lovely neighborhood. Would gladly rent again if we return to the area.

Summary: Our dad hosts a family vacation every year and we love coming to FL in March to escape the cold. This was a great house that our whole family enjoyed. The house was clean and well stocked. Patty was easy to work with and answered our questions. Plenty of kayaks for the whole family to enjoy the water. We saw manatees and a variety of fish.
