Summary: This property provided so many amenities that made our week long stay so enjoyable. Fishing and exploring the waters around Crystal River was a primary goal… the floating docks accommodated our 2 boats in the quiet, protected canal. Access to the river was easy and quick.The house was amazing! So many games and activities to keep the kids and adults happy. This place provides everything you need for a fun and relaxing vacation!

It’s clear they put a lot of care and intention into every detail of the home. The layout was perfect, and the accommodations went above and beyond—everything we could possibly need was provided, and then some!The game room and pool were big hits with everyone, and the spacious parking made things super convenient for our group. Summary: They are still recovering from the flood. The house is in pretty good shape again. They have kayaks, a pool table, table tennis, bikes, washer and dryers. Lots of things to do insite. Summary: The home was perfect, ideal for all of us 3 senior couples and grands visited saturday. We could choose which activity we wanted, swim in pool, sit by boat deck, read in quiet room in evening, plenty of tv's for out of heat activity, All kitchen equipment was provided, towels for pool or bathrooms, washing machine for towels that we used. Two kitchens equipped for our drinks and for specialty diets as vegetrian gluten-free. We walked daily to archaelogical museum or down streets for exercise. Highly recommend, owners contacted us if we had any questions, so polite , we are blessed

Summary: I don’t leave a whole lot of reviews, but i definitely didn’t want to skip this one. From our first step into this house until we left I was in vacation heaven. The house is beautiful, well taken care of, and very clean. There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out. This house had everything you needed whether it was kitchen utensils, pool items, first aid, entertainment items, etc. Having the second kitchen was such a blessing and made making meals so much quicker and easier. The pool was great and we spent plenty of time in there. The entertainment items ( pool table, ping pong table, darts, shuffleboard table, and card table) kept us busy all week. The kayaks and paddle boards were so nice to have. We went out every day on those and saw alligators, manatees, turtles, and fish throughout the week. The dock was nice to have also. We brought our boat along and made it so convenient. We fished off the dock daily and caught some small fish. Sitting in the outside chairs under the shade of the beautiful moss tree was so relaxing. We even took a bike ride over to the Archeological Park. I certainly did not want to leave and will definitely be back!! The owners were very nice, wonderful to work with and responded quickly to our questions. They thought of everything this house needs to make it your perfect vacation.
