Summary: This house was perfect for us to stay in, and take breaks during the day from our other outings. Front porch was lovely to sit on im the beautiful weather. Rooms were comfortable and the massage chair was an added bonus that we all enjoyed! Location in Germantown was walkable to many shops and restaurants. Would return to this house on a future visit

Summary: The location is walking to a number of good restaurants , the local baseball park . It is safe and quiet. They let k-cup pods as well as tea. I would stay again.

Summary: We have stayed in many vrbo rentals. This was one of the cleanest and it was a treat to stay there. The whole family enjoyed the home, the neighborhood, the proximity to food as well as the Nashville sites and entertainment. We would highly recommend.

Summary: Great place and a great location right in the heart of Germantown! Ubers were easily accessible and affordable to Music Row and Bridgestone Arena. Comfortable beds, kitchen is well stocked and a nice front porch. There are only 2 full baths and one half bath not three full baths as the listing states. Great communication with the host and we would stay here again.

Summary: This house was perfect for my friends gateway for 6 of us. The house is beautiful, the beds were comfortable and downtown was a short 5 minute Uber ride. There were also multiple great restaurants nearby that you can walk to for brunch or dinner which was a great perk. I would just make sure your code to the door works before you go out for the night, because the owner was at the house when we arrived and let us in, little did we know the code was never set for us. We had to contact the house manager late night to help us get into the house. Luckily he called me back after a couple minutes and gave me a different code to use. It all worked out in the end and I learned a great lesson.

Summary: The house suited our needs perfectly. It’s in a great location. We walked to everything, downtown, farmers market, Germantown restaurants. It was clean, easy parking, stocked with everything we needed, good AC, and plenty of room for an adult family of 4. Good instructions and communication from the rental agent. We would definitely stay here again.

Summary: This property is beautiful! Super clean and spacious. Just a perfect location. Close enough to downtown, but in a nice quiet neighborhood with restraunts and bars just a short walk away. We didn’t want to leave. The host was very helpful getting us in. There are not enough stars for this place!
