Beautifully furnished historic cottage in a highly desirable location! Easily walk to all Germantown attractions including the new Sounds baseball stadium, many of Nashville's finest restaurants and nightlife, Farmers Market, and Bicentennial Mall. During your visit you might want to check out 2nd Avenue and catch some live country music and eat at one of the many unique to Nashville restaurants on Broadway or take a short drive to the famous Loveless Cafe to enjoy an amazing meal.
This 1920s cottage is great for a long weekend or extended stay because of the newly added dishwasher and washer/dryer. The kitchen provides simple pantry items like salt, pepper, spray oil, coffee, cream, and sugar as well as all the pots, pans, and cooking utensils needed for a quick breakfast before heading out. Within walking distance is Kroger. Lounge on the front swing or back deck with one of our books, enjoy one of the three smart TVs or bring your own device to connect to our high-speed WIFI. A notebook with information on WiFi, check-out instructions, and local restaurants is in the living room.
Parking - We offer plenty of parking options, from public street parking to our private parking lot behind the cottages. Our parking lot is located off Taylor Street, down the alley on the right. Please refrain from parking on the grass.

Local Area - Our cottages are located about a mile and a half from downtown Nashville and 2nd avenue. Within walking distance of our cottages, is Butchertown Hall, a unique restaurant that you can see from our front porches on 4th Avenue. Barista Parlor, a coffee shop, and 312 Pizza company are also recommended and close to the cottages. Within a few minutes drive of the area is the entertainment venue Topgolf.
Contactless Check In and Out - Our contactless check-in process is simple. We will send you a message on VRBO with the exact address and a key code usually day of your check-in. Contactless check-out is easy as well, just leave clean dishes drying, used towels in the washer, and take out the trash.

Summary: We were mostly out exploring, but the AC was so perfect when we were there (it was 95 degrees out!) and the beds were super comfortable. I would stay there again, 100%, and I’d tell anyone else to as well.

Summary: We were just in Nashville for a couple of days. This place provided everything we needed. Cute little quaint cottage that was clean and located in a beautiful safe area of Germantown. 25 minute walk to strip, perfect distance to get out of the craziness. The only thing I would request is a full length mirror.Other than that, Beds were very comfortable, place was great, I would stay again.

Summary: This is a comfortable cottage in a great and safe neighborhood. The bed was very comfortable and we enjoyed the back deck for sitting in the morning! Loved that we could walk to many great restaurants and bars! A nice oasis in a busy city!

Summary: Easy checkin & host response. Central & window air kept it plenty cool & the beds were very comfortable, which is very important when away from home for more than a few days! Great location within walking distance to many Germantown locales. Parking was never an issue & felt safe. Only 2 mirrors, small one in front bedroom above the desk & the bath, but minor issue. Cleanliness could improve overall, esp. in the bathroom. Would definitely return for a sleep here!

Summary: This house was PERFECT for our weekend stay in Nashville, visiting our Belmont student. The location is smack in the middle of Germantown so we could walk to so many great places for dinner, coffee, drinks, etc. The house is very old - but incredibly charming and well-kept. Very comfortable beds and nice big towels. Bathroom very tiny, but fine for a few people. Big windows, nice and bright. I would definitely stay here again!

Summary: The cottage was very clean and in a safe neighborhood. We really enjoyed our relaxing time there. We spent most of our time on Broadway which was only a 9-minute uber ride. I would HIGHLY recommend.
