Positive: Location & cleanliness Had a HVAC issue and it was resolved promptly!

Negative: No designated parking. Always trying to locate parking on the street! The property needs specific parking!

Positive: The stay was great. 15-20 minute walk to downtown with LOTS of bars and restaurants/ cafes close by. Pro Vita gym close by which are very helpful. Germantown is a great area. Check-in was extremely easy with a door code to gain access. Perfect for a couple on a getaway. Would recommend hiring a car. Washing machine and dryer very handy.

Negative: Basic amenities in the kitchen were lacking for a self catering apartment - no cooking knives, kettle, toaster (salt/pepper/spices, oil etc). Cant fault it anywhere else!

Summary: Fantastic stay, would recommend.

Negative: Was not thoroughly clean…baseboards and bathroom floor and lights in bathroom were NOT CLEAN…it felt like the place needs a deep clean. Also, this Airbnb needs a parking spot for the individual/individuals renting the property…
