Summary: Check in was really easy. The host answered our questions quickly once we were on site. Garbage bin is right onsite. Felt safe in the area. Grocery store and liquor store across the street. 10 minutes from Broadway. Overall great experience.

Summary: We loved that we were within walking distance of the farmer's market and Kroger. The Lyft and Uber rides were only $13 for a large family to go down to Broadway and listen to music at the bars. Several small items in the house needed repair, but we didn't need them fixed the first two days of our stay anyway (weekend workers were scheduled off). Management was friendly. Location was great though. Beds were low to the floor, so my seventy year old mother-in-law had a bit of trouble rolling out in the morning, but the beds were very comfortable. I relaxed in the large, deep tub and the shower was great also. I love the way the place was configured as well.

Summary: My friends and I stayed at Avant Stay by Dottie for a long girls’ weekend. The place was spacious and clean, and had every amenity we could want. Check in and communication was seamless. And the location was near to a grocery store, pharmacy, and farmer’s market. Plus, you could walk to downtown Nashville if you wanted to! So glad we selected this spot!

Summary: The property was beautiful and we had a wonderful time. Our only concerns was there's a huge draft under the front door and no thermostat in the downstairs area so the bedroom was pretty cold.

Summary: Shared bathroom wasn’t set up the best, couldn’t access just the toilet without being in the whole bathroom area. Was nice and clean and provided many staples for the kitchen. Disliked the added $250 fee to check in before 4pm! Most places provide earlier check in and if you have a morning flight you’re stuck paying it as they aren’t negotiable.
