Negative: There was a hole in wall under the bunk bed & you couldn’t turn lights on in the bunk beds!

Positive: So good! The apartment was spacious & roomy and didn’t feel at all crowded even with our group of 10, and the AvantStay team were communicative, helpful and responsive when we asked various questions before the stay.

Negative: Little too far from Broadway & Downtown to walk in the summer heat, but a 10 minute scooter or 5 min Uber was easy enough ☺️

Positive: Perfect location and spacious home! Washer and dryer with pods supplied was a bonus…always clean towels! Parking in the rear was another bonus! Also customer service was great when we had trouble with the access code.

Negative: Home needs painting in some areas

Positive: Great location. Easy walk to lots of restaurants and bars and a grocery store. Upstairs is the master suite with large walk-in closet, plus 2 bedrooms with shared bath. Downstairs is a bedroom with bunkbeds and bathroom across the hall. Beds were comfy, everything was clean. Lots of seating at dining table and kitchen island. Great communication with host company, easy check in and out.

Negative: A long, straight stairway to get upstairs with no landing. There was an extensive lease to sign.

Positive: The place was very nice, pretty furniture, spacious, clean, tall ceilings. All the bedrooms were comfortable and spacious, with clean sheets and towels. The location was great, the neighborhood is cute with small restaurants and coffee places, and close enough to get to the city. Highly recommended.

Negative: I wish the kids bunk beds were upstairs with the rest of the bedrooms, and not on the main floor. Also I wish there was a tub in one of the three bathrooms.
