Positive: We liked the Spanish architecture and the restaurant. It was very peaceful and chill.

Negative: The location in theory would have been perfect but Chichén Itzá closed the entry that is nearby. We could not find an uber, taxi, or DiDi from the other entrance so we had to walk over 4k on the side of the road. We were hoping to walk from the site to the hotel.

Summary: The hotel is good but the location is no longer wonderful. Gracias.

Positive: We loved this place the atmosphere is so calm and special. Excellent beds and showers. The pool is amazing. We ate an excellent breakfast for 200 pesos. Definitely the place to be if you are in Chichen Itza area.

Positive: Room was good. Location an easy 4km drive from Chichen Itza. Nice pool and gardens. Restaurant food was good. Staff lovely.

Positive: Great room and hotel decor, traditional. Close to chichen itza although still need to drive ten mins as back entrance still not opened.
