Positive: For us this accomodation was perfect to explore Chichen Itza and visit the Cenote Ik Kil. Vanessa and her son helped us to make the most of our stay at Casa Victoria by supplying valuable information, arranging transport and organizing a guided visit to the archelogical site (via their relative Josh). The accomodation itself was great and we enjoyed the pool.
Negative: Breakfast option would have been great, but there are several shops in walking distance to satisfy any needs.
Summary: Accomodation at its Best

Positive: Quiet location, if a bit away from the centre . The staff was very friendly, I arrived earlier than the check inn time without any problems. They answered the questions I had very quick in the chat 😊

Positive: I stayed here last week with four friends while visiting Chichén Itzá, and I can’t recommend it enough. The location is ideal, just a 40 minute walk or a short taxi ride to the site (we drove, which was equally convenient). The hosts and their family were wonderful, spoke perfect English, and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, even picking up mosquito spray for me, which was such a thoughtful gesture. The accommodation itself was clean, comfortable, and well protected from mosquitoes, and the pool was spotless and refreshing. Overall, it was the perfect place to stay for our trip.
Summary: Amazing stay in Pisté, perfect for Chichen Itza

Positive: Really lovely stay, the room was perfect, very pretty and was very clean. The pool although small was nice and relaxing with enough space to sunbathe. It feels really secluded and peaceful.
Negative: It’s a short walk from the town so there’s not much around the hotel but that didn’t bother us. We took taxis to and from Chichen Itzá which cost 100 pesos each way. There was construction which was quite loud especially when the builders played music.
Summary: Lovely stay with a stunning room
