Summary: Wow this place was more than we expected. Booked for an overnight quick stop from Merida. It’s brand new (7 months), a very grand scale full resort, and felt like a 5 star. Very clean, beautiful lush greenery, excellent service. Everyone working there was very courteous and greeted us warmly. Minutes to chitchen itza. Highly recommended.

Summary: This is an hotel that belongs to SENEDA (Secretary of National Defense Mexico). Despite the hotel and room being of a high standard of luxury and comfort, I would like to explain why I do not believe this hotel merits a favourable review. Should you be travelling by car, please note that the route to the hotel is currently unsuitable for vehicles due to ongoing construction. Due to the poor condition of the road, the hotel is not accessible by night. The personal is kind but not trained to deal with some situations. They were not willing to make an effort to make a minor adjustment to the reservation. For an hotel of this cost, the issue is not acceptable. Furthermore, despite the hotel being almost empty, we were allocated a room with a substandard view. Following a request for a better view, the room was changed. I would advise against booking this hotel until the road and infrastructure surrounding it have been completed. The cost of this product is prohibitive given the level of service it provides.

Summary: Great property close to chicken itza with shuttle to the ruins( $100 pesos per person). The personal is very attentive and always ready to help and accommodate any need you have) restaurant is beautiful amd the menu is complete. Breakfast the best!

Summary: This is a beautiful new property—spotlessly clean, with an incredible jungle and Mayan atmosphere. The food was amazing, and the location is perfect—very close to Chichén Itzá and nearby cenotes. The staff were polite and welcoming. Thank you for a wonderful hotel experience!

Summary: An amazing experience. This hotels has superb customer service, in a great location. As of this post, the roads of the museum are still under construction, and can be a bit challenging to get to it but it is completely worth it once you arrive in site. Highly recommend.
