A villa in Skiathos which includes one apartment and one studio which is perfect for a big family of 6 or even a couple. The apartment has 2 bedrooms and 2 en suite bathrooms and the studio has 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. It has a private swimming pool with amazing views of the sea and the town. Next to the swimming pool, there’s a large terrace where you can enjoy a nice breakfast, lunch or dinner as it has 4 deck chairs, a couch, and lounges are the outdoor furniture.
The kitchen has an hob/electric panel, oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, dishes and utensils, cutlery, towels, tablecloths, napkins.
Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: bath towels, hand towels, linens and beach towels are included. Towels and linens are changed a week, maid service and cleaning a week.

Summary: We had a very relaxing time and especially enjoyed the small private beach at the bottom of the garden. The owners were very friendly and helpful and generously provided a bottle of wine and an amazing cake.

Summary: What more can I say that hasn't been said by other reviews. This place is absolutely fantastic, it has everything that you need to enjoy a break away from everything along with only being a 5 minute drive away from Skiathos marina and centre. Katarina was helpful through every step of the booking and hosting requirements. We just spent the whole week sitting by the pool and chilling out watching the boats go back and forth from the Marina and taking a trip down the hill to the restaurants in the evening for dinner. Note: You will need a car or a quad to get about as the walk is only for those intrepid hikers out there. We will be back and hopefully so will others that we will happilty recomend it to.

Summary: Our stay at Katerina’s property was a wonderful experience. The property was everything we had hoped for. The location is exceptional and the accommodations were excellent. Katerina is a wonderful host. I recommend her property for anyone that desires a 5 star experience

Summary: Wonderful location, but really needs updating with new cooker, refrigerator, washing machine and a really essential fitting of a dishwasher in the laundry room. All three showers in desperate need of updating and disposing of the rusty old metal shower shelves for holding of bottles etc. Apart from the above - great.

Summary: I have stayed in the villa before in Sept 21 with friends and this time we returned with our adults daughters The view from the villa is priceless - a view you could never tire of Skiathos is the most beautiful island Katerina (owner) was wonderful and extremely helpful in everything she did and helped us with Helped with car hire and booking a boat trip (which was amazing) Met us at the airport and organised a taxi to take us to the villa and collected hire car from airport I would definitely return - the only downside was I only booked for 1 week Will not make that mistake next time

Summary: The villa is beautiful. Words can't describe the view, it's absolutely amazing. Katerina is so helpful, meeting us at the airport and waiting for us to collect the hire car. The villa is quite tricky to get to without a car so this is a must if you ate staying here. We came during the last week in October and The weather was lovely the pool at the villa was nice in the afternoon and the sea was still warm enough for swimming. The main tourist season was over and everywhere was quiet but there was still plenty open. Will definitely be back to stay at the villa.
