Positive: Rania and her husband met us at the airport and transported us to the villa with our cases. The villa really is a hidden gem. Fantastic views of the town and port. A real opportunity to have some time to recharge your batteries. Very much a home from home. Exceptionally clean and very well equipped. We loved being able to bbq and sit out on the deck in the evening.
Negative: The villa is further from the town than we first thought but it is still very accessible and well worth the drive for the spectacular views and to be able to spend time in such a beautiful villa. You won’t want to leave.
Summary: Such a wonderful experience in a very well equipped home from home.

Positive: The property is very well equiped, beds are extremely comfortable. The views are simply amazing along will the mountain breeze in the evenings, you cannot get bored with the views. The pool is a great size and we used it daily.
Negative: The road/track to the property can be a challenge you need to make sure you have a vehicle that can cope with the steep track, that said after few days and encountering a few large vehicles not too bad

Positive: Villa Fotini most certainly exceeded our expectations. The villa was very spacious, comfortable and spotlessly clean. We had everything that we needed. The views and the pool area were so incredible that we preferred to stay at home than visit the beaches! Our excellent host Rania was very attentive and swiftly sorted out any issues we encountered. The villa is situated high up above the town in a secluded, quiet area. I would recommend to hire a car (4x4) as a local taxi company quoted us 40 Euros per trip to town (one way).
Summary: It was an unforgettable holiday and we highly recommend a stay at Villa Fotini.

Positive: Perfect villa for our family. We were met at the airport and guided to the villa. Clean and spacious, views are amazing. We couldn’t have asked for anything else. You will need a car as the Hill is steep but once you’ve done it once it was fine. Parking for the town is just ten minutes away, perfect location for everything.

Positive: The Villa was in an amazing location above Skiathos Town, the standard of the facilities was good, and everywhere was beautifully clean. The owner Rani was extremely kind and helpful, she collected us from the airport and gave us useful advice about where to visit. We hired a car from a local company which is essential, and allowed us to visit many of the great beaches.
Negative: Nothing, the villa and facilities exceeded our expectations.
