The Beach Villa is situated 10 meters from the beach and 5-10 minutes by walking to Skiathos Town. The overall area is very peaceful and quiet, especially for relaxing, walking or taking a rest during the day or night. There are really nice restaurants and Greek traditional tavernas at the area on the beach. There is free parking outside of the house and a bus station on the ring road, 5 minutes walk from the villa.
The house consists of two floors. The first floor includes a kitchen, the kitchen is fully equipped and includes a dishwasher, a w.c. with shower, a dining area with a big wooden table and a big comfortable sofa, a living room with comfortable corner sofas and a large open fireplace .One bedroom (2 single beds, they can be moved to make a double bed). There are big windows to admire the stunning sea view and a door leading out to the large balcony/seating area. Most of the floors are wooden.
At the second floor of the house, which is connected to the first floor through the wooden stairs, there are two bedrooms, one includes a big double bed with anatomic mattress and the other one includes two single beds ( anatomic mattresses too) ,there are big windows and doors leading out to a big terrace (furnished terrace with shade and sun) with amazing view to the sea. There is a big bathroom (includes washing machine and hair-dryer) in the hallway to be shared for the two bedrooms.

Summary: This is a standout property in a wonderful location. The property was exceptional for cleanliness, facilities, comfort, supplies and location. We have travelled extensively and stayed in many properties but have rarely been so spoiled! Our host couldn't do enough to ensure our stay was pleasant. Can't recommend it highly enough.

Summary: Most important thing to say is if there is a better host out there than Persa then I would dearly love to meet them. The Villa itself is beautiful, well equipped and so close to the beach, but the fact that Persa goes to every effort possible to make your stay magnificent is truly remarkable. A wonderful lady that has the perfect balance of doing anything for you without intruding at all. Makes you feel like part of her family. Beautiful stay . We would go again just to see Persa . Recommend this villa to everyone visiting the beautiful island of Skiathos

Summary: The villa is a good size for relaxing in, clean and tastefully decorated. 1 minute away from a beach and short stroll to centre of town so makes a perfect base for exploring the island from. Persephone was accommodating, friendly and extremely helpful - we couldn't have asked for more!

Summary: Persephone, Athanasi, and Demetri were better hosts than one would expect from your own family. Persephone picked us all up at the airport to welcome us. The house was immaculate and so homey and functional for the five of us. The location was amazing. We rented a car but really didn’t need to. The surprise came for all of us when we got the remants of a hurricane in Skiathos on Sept 4-7/23. We got almost 700 mm of rain, lost electricity, water, and no internet for a couple of days. Persephone and her family were there to make sure we were ok and had enough water. She even washed our dishes outside from water in a well. This natural disaster was a surprise for all of us, but Persephone and her family ensured that we were safe and whole. I would not hesitate to return for a visit with my new “sister”. Summary: From the minute we booked this lovely villa, absolutely nothing was too much trouble for Persa and her lovely family. The villa is in town, but away from the super-touristy part of the South Coast and, literally, a minute's stroll to the beach. There are watersports galore on the beach run by the wonderful owners that you can use when you feel like it and at a very good price. Brilliant, generous and fun teaching from Thanasis saw both our kids water-skiing in no time. There are two small supermarkets within a couple of minute's walk, but a choice of half a dozen varied but excellent Tavernas along the beach all within 15 minutes walk so we didn't bother eating in at all. A great call was to hire a car for a couple of days (organised, at a very good price, by Persa instantly) to explore the quieter and stunning northern beaches. The kids had the time of their lives and we got to relax completely. I couldn't recommend this villa more highly.

Summary: We had a wonderful time at Persephone’s home. It is exceptionally clean and the location is steps from the beach. Persephone was incredibly responsive to everything and always available, but not intrusive. The view from the top deck is just lovely and the home is very well appointed and very spacious. She and her husband also have a great water sports business and our kids enjoyed different water sports each day. We are grateful to have found this place, it made our stay in Skiathos very enjoyable.

Summary: We were a group of 6 people, and all of us really enjoyed our stay at the villa which was very spacious, well furnished, very clean, and particularly well located : beach is 1 min walk and the city is at 10 minutes walk. Most of all, Persa has been a great host, she helped us a lot finding taxis and renting boats. Thank you Persa !

Summary: Our family of 6 adults stayed at this villa as my daughter was getting married in Skiathos. From our first meeting with the owner Persa we were made to feel so welcome and nothing was too much trouble for her to help us with. The villa was spotlessly clean and a real pleasure to stay in, the location could not have been more perfect, just a 2 minute walk to the fabulous beach where our sun beds were reserved free of charge by Persa every morning. Our family also enjoyed the watersports on offer which Persa and her husband Thannis own. We all had a magical holiday and we cannot wait to return next year, to catch up with dear Persa who we now call a friend. I highly recommend staying at this villa, it really is wonderful Caroline W
