The Villa Patricia was completed in 2019 and is newly furnished detached villa. The private pool is 7 by 4 meters and heated in the months of November to April. The large terrace is surrounded by a wall and not visible form outside. There is a lounge bed on the terrace, 3 sun loungers, a garden lounge and a seating area. Our guests receive bath towels for the terrace.
The villa has free WiFi and a SmartTV with international channels and a Bluetooth sound bar.
The kitchen is fully equipped with Nespresso coffee machine, water kettle, heater, dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, toaster and everything you need for cooking.
In the adjoining room there is a washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron. There is a grill on the terrace.
In the villa you will find 2 luxury bathrooms with WC, walk-in showers with rain shower head, storage compartments and hairdryer. Towels and bed linen are included. Beach towels are to be brought along. The 3 bedrooms are equipped with one king size bed and two queen size beds.
The next supermarket is 10 min walk away and the next restaurant 15 min. The marina Marina Rubicon, with many restaurants and shops is 1,6km away. The beautiful Pagagayo beaches can be reached in 2,3km and the center of Playa Blanca in 2,9km.
Guests receive a welcome package with wine, beer, water, coffee, tea, fruit juice.

Summary: We loved our stay at Villa Patricia. The villa is finished to a very high standard with a well equipped kitchen. It was great having the various seating options. Our stay would have been more comfortable with air conditioning in the bedrooms, but we did have fans provided. Also, it is not clear you can’t park at the property, you can drive up for loading and unloading, but parking is outside the gated community, which isn’t clear. It’s about a 150m walk, which didn’t bother us, but people with disability might not find this villa appropriate. Overall, an amazing stay and definitely one of the best villas we’ve stayed on the island. We will be back.

Summary: Just returned from a 10 night stay. Villa Patricia is beautiful, spotless clean and well equipped. The pool and outside area is amazing! Patricia is a fabulous host, great communication and very helpful.

Summary: Just returned from a lovely 14 night break at Villa Patricia with my wife, teenage son and parents. The property had all the necessary amenities to make it feel like home. A car is recommended to get out and about; Marina Rubicon is approximately 3-4mins drive away whilst the main town is roughly the same time again beyond the marina. Highly recommended.

Summary: We had a wonderful stay at Villa Patricia. The villa was spotlessly clean, very luxurious and in a perfect location for the local amenities. Such generous hosts - Patricia made our 20th wedding anniversary really special with a thoughtful gift. We would definitely book to stay here again.

Summary: Traveling as a family with two young children the villa had everything we needed. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need and the utility room is a bonus. The pool is the right size and the outdoor seating is very good quality. There is plenty of space indoor and outdoor and you could easily have 6 persons at this villa. The location was perfect as it was a 20 minute walk to the marina making it quiet but close to amenities. Excellent stay and would highly recommend villa and host!
