Summary: Stayed for a month April2025.The villa is everything we could have wished for.Peaceful,secluded,yet only round the corner from a good selection of restaurants,shops and bars.Buses operate every 30 minutes from 7am to 11pm and take you round the resort of Playa Blanca for 1:40.Would certainly return.

Summary: La casa está bien, la cocina vieja pero como todas las de la zona. Lo que fue terrible es el trato del personal. El día de salida avisé que me retrasaría 10 mins por una reunión. Mi sorpresa fue que el personal empezó a gritar a mi mujer, a coger las cosas, a molestarme en mi reunión. Fue increíble. Estuve a punto de llegar a las manos con ellos. Estamos hablando de 10 minutos por una reunión de trabajo. Nunca en mi vida me había pasado algo así.The house is fine, the kitchen is old, but like all the others in the area. What was terrible was the staff's behavior. On the day of departure, I informed them that I would be 10 minutes late due to a meeting. To my surprise, the staff started yelling at my wife, grabbing our things, and interrupting my meeting. It was unbelievable. I was on the verge of getting into a physical altercation with them. We're talking about just 10 minutes due to a work meeting. Nothing like this had ever happened to me before in my life.

Summary: Over the years we have enjoyed stays in several different villas in the Faro Park area and this is the first time I have decided to leave a review.On the plus side the Villa was in a good location, the beds were very comfortable and the showers worked well.The main problem we experienced was the electric supply. You could only use either the oven or one hob otherwise the main fuse tripped. We made sure no other appliances were switched on. There were notices in the Villa warning about overloading the supply but not to this extent. I contacted the owner who believed the problem was in the street. She promised to contact the electricity supplier and get back to me the following day. We could not fully use the cooking facilities and had to be very careful regarding the use of other electrical appliance. We were in the Villa a further four days and, disappointingly, there was no further communication from the owner. We were not kept up to date or advised if the situation had been resolved or was being actioned.The Villa lacked basic maintenance and there were several warning notices to beware of broken hinges, to take care with damaged blinds etc. These were long standing issues waiting to be actioned. The Villa booklet states that if you call out the maintenance person there may well be a charge of 55 euros or 100 euros for a Wi-Fi or tv issue.I could go on but to sum up the Villa is very tired and requires maintenance. I have photographs and emails to verify my review.

Summary: Casa Montana Roja exceeded our expectations. The communication from Hazim from first enquiry to our departure was excellent. There was nothing we didn't like about this villa. Very clean and well maintained with everything you need for a relaxing and comfortable holiday. Only a 30 minute, easy drive from the airport. The location is not overlooked and was very quiet and peaceful. We paid for the pool heating and we were in it multiple times every day, it was lovely. 5 minute walk from a decent supermarket, bars and restaurants. We ate in a few of them, best was Port of Call where we ate twice during the week. We are already looking at dates and flights to return here, definitely one of the best villas we have stayed in, thanks again Hazim and Hannah for the use of your lovely home!

Summary: We had a wonderfully relaxing holiday at Casa Montaña Roja in February. Firstly, we can fully confirm the many good reviews and also the precise description of the accommodation. The communication with the hosts was fast, uncomplicated and very nice.Overall, it felt like a holiday in the home of good friends and not like in a commercial holiday resort.As a tip, we can recommend the very good Lidl supermarket, which is only a few minutes away by car. There is a good selection of fresh fish, vegetables and local products. Thanks to the good kitchen in the house and the barbecue in the patio, you can easily cater for yourself. Otherwise, the restaurants are not far away.Incidentally, you could use the pool for refreshment without heating even in February. That saves lot of energy.We would also like to praise the tranquillity and privacy of the accommodation.Many thanks to Hannah and Hazim, all the best and we would love to come back!

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay, the villa was clean, 2 min walk to the shops, bars and restaurants. Gorgeous sunset spot a couple of minutes away. Owner quick to answer any questions. Pool area was really pretty and we had loads of privacy.I would recommend this place The pool area and garden was beautiful.

Summary: We loved this house - the area is so quiet, yet only a few minutes walk from the bars, shops and restaurants and the number 30 bus stop to take you to Playa Blamca for 1.40!The house was extremely comfortable and well-equipped, we wanted for nothing. We'd love to come back next year.We paid an extra 100 for the pool to be heated and I used the pool everyday, but it was still too cold for my husband!Seamless check-in and very independent stay - we had no contact from the owners during our stay, which suited us fine - but when we checked out and i let them know they were quick to respond, so know they would have been there if we needed assistance. We appreciated that independent/hassle-free/trusting approach, thank you very much.Thank you for sharing your lovely home.
