Positive: Overall the villa was perfect and spacious, the host communicative and available, the kitchen had everything we needed travelling with a small kid.
Negative: Smaller issues but in both cases the host made themselves immediately available in the villa and supported in solving everything (the door lock is old style - if you forget your keys on the inside you can't open it even if you have the other pair of keys - and the electrical system had have several failures one day due to unknown causes).
Summary: Recommended
