4 Bedroom Villa in Playa Blanca

Casa del Paraiso is a bright modern gated four bedroom detached villa situated in the sought after Parque del Rey. Located a short 15-20 minute pleasant walk to the town centre with the beaches and amenities.
The villa has its own private 8x4 mtr pool with a solar pool cover to help keep the pool heat in when not in use. The pool is heated between Nov-Mar (outside these months it may be able to be heated at an additional cost booked directly with the owner) subject to weather conditions.
Set in a large secluded south facing spacious terrace and garden area with sun-beds, alfresco dining table and chairs under the pergola and bistro table and chairs. The villa also has a BBQ and a Pool table for you to use at your leisure.
The villa is equipped with FREE fibre optic Wi-Fi with a good selection of TV channels
accessible. The villa has air conditioning in the lounge, and the two double bedrooms which are pay-as-you-go coin operated. The kitchen comes fully equiped with a dishwasher, oven and hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, dolce gusto coffee machine and a filter coffee machine. In the utility area there is a washing machine, under counter extra fridge, iron and iron board.
The lounge has 2 leather sofas and a 48in flat screen smart TV, DVD.
Leading onto the dining room seating for 8 with doors opening onto the terrace & pool.
There are two bathrooms one an en-suite to the master bedroom with a large bath (although it is a jacuzzi bath the pumps are unavailable but the bath is still usable for you to relax in) the other bathroom has a double shower. A wall fitted hairdryer in the en-suite and a hairdryer in the other bathroom cabinet is provided.
The Villa has four comfortable bedrooms 2 double beds and 4 single beds sleeping up to eight guests. There is a safe in the master double bedroom. A travel style cot and high chair is also provided.

Summary: Very nice villa, very clean and well equipped. one reason we booked the villa was for the jetted bathtub as shown on the front page of the advert, we soon found that the jets don’t work, after looking harder it does say they don’t work but that page is very hard to find. Also the bathtub is too large for the hot water system, if we had known this we would have booked an alternative villa.

Summary: We loved our stay here (family of 4). The location is perfect - quiet and away from the centre but also close enough to walk. If you prefer a taxi it’s less than €5. The Villa was lovely and the grounds and pool area perfect for us. Lots of privacy and excellent facilities - pool table and barbecue were great. I have no hesitation in recommending this home.

Summary: Had a very nice and relaxing stay at this spacious villa. It is in a very quiet location, 20 minutes walk from the harbour where you will find a good mixture of places to eat and drink. Villa is as you see in the photos and as described with a lovely pool and plenty of outdoor space. Jackie, the host, is very helpful and responded very quickly to any queries prior to booking, didn't need to contact her during stay as everything went smoothly. Would definitely return if we were to visit this area again.

Summary: We booked a family getaway with daughter, son and partners plus 11 month old Granddaughter. Villa was superb, beds are very comfortable, showers powerful and hot water plentiful. Inside there is dining area, lounge/TV area, well equipped kitchen and utility room with washer and extra fridge. Outside was plenty of space for crawling and playing, a lovely pool and bbq area. Frankly everything needed for a most relaxing stay, a proper home from home. I would recommend car hire to see the island we hired 2 good sized cars from Cabrera Medina at the airport which were put to good use. Local area has plenty of shops and bars within east walking distance, Popeyes for breakfast was a daily routine and Imagine India was a real good feed!! Would recommend this Villa and would hope to return in the future.
