Check-In and check-Out procedures will take place without the physical appearance of a company employee
Prior to your arrival the villa will be vacated with high quality products from a company specializing in hospital nutrition where high standards are implemented
All areas of the premises and especially the high-touch areas as well as the air condition filters and house appliances will be cleaned and disinfected
Throughout your stay, the housekeeper will be the same person who will follow all the hygiene protocols (proper hand washing, correct use of cleaning products) cleaning on a daily basis the villa
Twice per week change of bed linen is provided. For change on a daily basis at your request, an extra cost is implemented
If no physical appearance is requested during your stay, we can provide you bed linen and sanitary cleaners
Our villas use cleaning products and hygiene protocols which are effective against a broad spectrum of viruses, including COVID-19.

A private infinity pool and huge windows orientated to the east offer unique sunrise views every morning. With a 180° panoramic view of the greek aegean islands and sea, guests will feel almost like they are floating on a cloud.
The property accomodate up to 10 people, with 4 double bedrooms en suite, individual air conditioning in every room, hydromassage and jetstream in swimming pool, lounge, living room, dining room, kitchen, guest toilet, parking, and a garden of 1,2 acre. The living room has a 43'' TV with satellite (channels of all over Europe) and the kitchen is fully equipped. You also have an illy espresso coffee machine for iperespresso illy capsules, microwave, toaster, oven, dishwasher, fridge. The architecture of the villa is based on the country chic lines. It offers a comfortable and sophisticated stay because simplicity combined with good taste can go far.

Summary: Beautifully appointed house with extremely responsive owner which is exactly what we want on vacation. Rooms were spacious with large closet cabinets. Bathrooms were also good size and modern but do require a little skill to not drench the whole room. Clothes washer and drying racks were helpful. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and equipment including 2 coffee makers, milk frothier and panini machine. Both in door and outdoor dining areas were ample size for 8 plus diners. Espresso pods, Fresh fruit and a bottle of Prosecco was a nice surprise when we arrived. The pool was great especially the 2 nice size shade areas which we used every day. Backyard view overlooking skiathos town and many islands is spectacular. A few steps up the hill is Panorama Italian restaurant which we went to a couple of times - also an uphill but doable walk to a Greek restaurant make it so villa Agios is not totally isolated. While close to town, the drive up and down the hill was pretty steep and took a couple of times to get used to - luckily not much traffic - 5 minutes of excitement each way. Wi fi was generally good but sporadic at times which was horrendous for our teenagers but more than functional for those of us who wanted to be less connected. Living area was really nice size. Skiathos is a very accessible island once you master the hills - skiathos town was about 10-15 minutes from property and most beaches were 10-30 minutes drive. Beaches ranged from fully developed tourist hot spots to beautifully remote and lightly visited and anything in between - only decision each day was what beach to go to, as it should be. Throughout the week a few minor issues came up each of which were handled quickly by the owner. The cleaning service every couple of days was an unexpected surprise which made our 9 day stay extremely livable as compared to others when you are on your own. Villa Agios is a great getaway that feels remote but still close enough to all activities. We enjoyed our stay immensely.

Summary: We stayed in the villa after a weeks sailing in the Sporades. When we arrived it was spotlessly clean and George had kindly left some provisions. The e mail instructions were clear and everything worked perfectly. The location is beautiful but you do need a car and one which can tackle a steep 2 km hill up from Skiathos. The Panorama restaurant next door doesn't overlook the property directly and is a good place to eat out giving the same wonderful views of the islands and Skiathos town that you get from the villa. The property is very secure with a safe for valuables and the living and social areas, inside and out, are ideal for a larger family or group. Access to the pool area is down stairs via an outside staircase or through the bedrooms which might be a consideration for people with mobility problems or those with very small children. There are stair gates on the internal stair cases and the door to the outside staircase is easily locked.George arranged twice weekly cleaning and bedding/towel changes whilst we were there and downstairs there is a laundry area with a washing machine should you need it. Two nearby villas are still under construction but they are not in direct line of view and there was no building activity to disturb our stay. George is an excellent owner /host to deal with by E mail prior to arrival and was extremely helpful. We all had a great stay and would recommend the villa highly.
