Positive: location is perfect to explore Venice/ size of apartment is okay/ bathroom is nice

Negative: no clean cooktop/ some calcification on pots, kettle,..../ mix of crockery/ messy in drawers/ it would be better to have moskito nets on the windows Overall, it felt like there is lacking the attention to detail and the mindset that guests spend precious time in the apartment, whether it is a short stay or a longer holiday.

Summary: Great location, comfy for a short stay, but could be better for the price

Positive: The apartment is quite well-maintained. The bathroom was new and clean. The kitchen had the necessary equipment. The double bed and the sofa bed were quite big. The towels were enough. The location was amazing as it was quite close to main attractions and public transportation. It has enough air conditioning and heating. The owner was quite interested and responsive. It could have a small dishwasher and a bigger screen TV as in rainy evenings you might want to spend time indoor.

Positive: Location is great! It's a bit away from the main parts of the city, away from crowds of tourists. So, it's quite and calm, makes you truly experience life in Venice. Grocery store and a few bars are very close by. Walking to main sights are not too long. Hosts provide you all the utensils you may need: hairdryer, soap and shampoo, towels, kitchen utensils. There's a cute little balcony. You can turn up the heating (it was a bit tricky, but we figured it out eventually), it's necessary if you're staying during the cold season. Also, hosts are very sweet, they will check on you. But maybe it's a bit too much, if you don't like communicating.

Negative: There are some things that make your staying here a little uncomfortable. There are not enough places to charge your devices, and some of them don't work at all! In addition, there is not enough light, some lamps also do not work. If you plan to work or read at the table, it will be very uncomfortable for you. There's no coat rack to hang your outdoor clothing. Cleanness is also questionable. The sponge for cleaning dishes was very greasy. There was dust on light switches. Also, hosts ask you to throw your rubbish by yourself (it's not really a con, just a fact, as I understand, that's how it works in Venice), but there coud be more garbage bags provided.

Positive: The house is quite clean, reachable by vaporetto.

Negative: If you put a cheval mirror in the house, it will be better. Fork, knife, spoon are also needed.

Positive: The apartment was clean and spacious. The kitchen. The bathroom was fine too. Nice cripsy white bedlinen, comfy beds and very quiet. Nice, friendly meet and greet to hand over the keys.

Negative: It was hot when we stayed. The air conditioning was old and the water container needed to be emptied regularly. It was noisy and the coolness only reached the bedroom if the bedroom door was left open which was fine for us but not if you wanted privacy in the bedroom. Suggest it could do with an update!

Summary: Lovely apartment and perfectly located in a quiet area only a few moments walk from the centre
