Positive: A very nice area away from tourist crowds. Fun to see local people going about their everyday business, a rarity in Venice. Good value pricewise, again an extremely rare case for Venice.

Negative: In my opinion, the place is too small for more than one person.

Positive: The apartment is so cute and cozy and the location is literally perfect, a 10-15 minute walk from Piazza San Marco. The host was so sweet and gave instructions how to get to the city as well as restaurant recommendations. A perfect stay!

Negative: I liked everything & have seen a lot of reviews mentioning the smell in the apartment. Venice is literally a town built on water so it's perfectly normal.

Positive: I enjoyed my stay a lot. The place is tiny but well equipped, so I had really everything I needed. The neighbour is friendly and quiet. The host is very nice. Visiting the Biennale this place was ideal for me and I would absolutely love to come again.

Positive: Very welcoming and comfortable for one person. Perfect spot and near restaurants, cafes and shops. The welcoming basket was a big plus for the morning after my arrival! Close to the Giardini and easy access from the airport.
