Positive: Good location, clean, and good sized apartment, air con was perfect and a must when you are travelling in summer in Venice. Staff were lovely and very accommodating.

Negative: Lots of stairs to access it - not ideal for people with mobility issues however this is to be expected in Venice.

Summary: Thank you for a lovely stay in Venice and making our time perfect!

Positive: Rachele's delightful daughter Matilde led us to the apartment, where we left our bags before check in. Apartment is spacious with a beautiful view of Campo Santa Maria Formosa. Location is wonderful in a neighborhood with numerous canals and gondolas. I

Negative: Apartment was a little cold, but perhaps Rachele could have addressed this issue if we had contacted her.
