Positive: The apartment is located perfectly in the city center - only a 7min walk to Marcus square or Rialto bridge. It was clean. Rooms are quite generous, well equipped kitchen.

Negative: I would have wished a bit more proactive and timely information from the host. Still, all my questions have finally been answered. Sleeping couch was not prepared - needed some time to figure out how to open it.

Positive: It’s a nice apartment, well equipped in a good location for the city. Just remember it’s quite far away from the train station . Getting there from there with a suitcase can be a painful venture.

Positive: Great location. A great base for exploring Venice. Access to great restaurants and iconic sights within easy walking distance.

Negative: Stairs in the apartment were horrible, particularly given we had heavy suitcases. We didn't expect a lift, but the stairs were difficult, particularly for older people with weighty luggage.

Negative: The building number was incorrect on booking.com which made access a bit challenging.
