Positive: Very beautiful view from balcony to mountains, SPA facilities was also good especially sauna.

Negative: Poor breakfast, only eggs and nothing else for 4 days in a row. Dinner is quite expensive and not worth the price, you can find much much better food in guest houses around twice cheaper. Staff was also not competent, you come to the terrace to eat breakfast and waiters are sitting and smoking.

Positive: Stunning! We used the spa, had dinner, breakfast and used the cafe/bar. It was off season so we were practically the only people, which we loved. The staff were so friendly and helped us organise our onward travel. The views were out of the world in thick snow!!
