Positive: We had a beautiful room with all the essentials, and everything was very clean. The view of the mountains was absolutely stunning.
Negative: Unfortunately, the gym was not yet available or ready for use. When we asked about massages, we were told that they could not currently be booked. The spa area itself was very spacious, but there were many children shouting and jumping into the pool, and the area had a slightly musty smell. The service in the restaurant could also be improved. The staff did not seem very efficient, and we sometimes waited around 15 minutes just to place our order, even though only a few tables were occupied. In addition, some of the food did not seem fresh. For example, at breakfast, the croissants were completely dry and the bread seemed to be several days old. For a 5-star hotel and considering the price, I would have expected a higher standard overall.
Summary: Beautiful views, but not quite a 5-star experience

Positive: The use of the spa facilities after hiking were wonderful. Breakfast was really good.
Negative: Would have preferred china cups in the room, spoons and coffee not 3in1.

Positive: Great views and balcony. Comfortable bed. Great shower. Dining area with views for miles and wrap around out door eating. Great breakfast. Delicious menu options for lunch and dinner. Good bar service. Lots of areas to sit, read, work or visit. Spa is well built with great features, but not highly utilized.
Negative: We wish there was a massage therapist on site.
Summary: Premier get away in the prettiest spot in Albania - and we’ve been to all of them!

Positive: This is a wonderfully comfortable hotel in a marvelous location. The shared spaces are big and beautiful. The rooms are very comfortable with wonderful mountain and river view. In the night, you could leave the window open and sleep with the murmur of the river. The staff was very friendly, serving you always with a smile and ready to a address any questions you have. The food was very good, with most of the dishes based on local ingredients. I plan to go back for peace and quiet and beautiful nature and nice people.
Negative: There is nothing that displeased me.
