Positive: It was a little bit difficult to find, maps don’t show you correct way to get there. Shower is tiny, but clean. Breakfast was amazing!

Positive: Breakfast was excellent and the host was a lovely friendly lady with limited English. The bed was comfortable and warm with the duvet on a cold October day.

Negative: The room was very cold with no form of heating for the very cold days and we spent quite a bit of time covered in duvet. The room, and bathroom particularly was small. Difficult to shower.

Positive: Very nice hospitality, good location. Extra blankets were available and also slippers. The dinner was tasty, and the portions were very large. We also got a packed lunch instead of breakfast, and it was just what we needed for the trip. We took the option of a 4x4 pick up to the valbone-theth trail start. Best 30Eur we spent the entire trip :)

Positive: We very much enjoyed our stay at this family-run guesthouse. The hosts are very hospitable and try to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Our room was very nice with great views to the mountains. Everything is very clean. The bathroom is one of those where the toilet and the shower are not separated – no inconvenience, just good to know in case you've never seen this before. The food is great and the portions are very generous. For dinner you can choose the "normal" dinner for 13€ and the vegetarian version for 10€ (both great). The guesthouse is a good starting point for many hikes and if you would like to go to the end of the valley to start hiking from there, there is a taxi service. It costs 30€ (which I personally find a bit expensive but if you can share the taxi with other hikers it's ok). The terrace in front of the house is great to relax after a long day of hiking and enjoy the stunning views.
