Negative: The fold out couch bed isn't very big and not so comfortable. The outside noise is annoying, but I guess that's what you get being in the city.

The apartment felt like a stylish, well-equipped Airbnb and was perfect for a short stay in London. The location couldn’t have been better — right in the heart of the city, with everything within easy reach. The apartment was clean, spacious, and comfortable for all of us. We experienced a minor hot water issue, but the team responded quickly and fixed it without any hassle.

Negative: The property was perfect. The noise from the street is disturbing, but I guess you must assume that when you choose accommodation in Soho. I also did not like that the entrance code was changed at 9am. Happily my daughter was in and she could open the door for us…

Positive: The location was fantastic. We just had one night and can’t wait to come back again for longer. So close to china town, Piccadilly Circus etc. the rooms are spacious and facilities are great. I travelled with 3 adult children and everything they needed was either in the apartment or a short walk away.

Negative: I genuinely could not find anything that I didn’t like. It was perfect for our one night stay. The lift is small but very functional and quick. The noise from the street is not noticeable at all when windows are closed and even when open it was noce to hear the vibrant city.

Summary: Everything we needed for this trip.
