Positive: Great location, spacious apartment for the heart of London. Kitchen was well appointed and it was great to have laundry facilities. We loved our stay there.

Negative: The door was incredibly difficult to lock each time we left the apartment. Despite ensuring the handle was lifted the key still needed to be turned at least 40 times in the lock barrel before it would lock.

Summary: A well appointed, spacious apartment right in the heart of London.

Positive: The accommodation is quite comfortable, nicely appointed and clean. I will note that there was enough bathroom tissue, soap, detergent and household goods that we have found lacking in many privately run properties. The bed is excellent! The apartment we stayed in was very quiet considering how busy Chinatown is. The location is convenient for tourists, within walking distance (or public transport) to lots of stuff.

Negative: This is not a complaint, just information. When we arrived on a Saturday the elevator was not working so we had to carry our luggage up to the top floor unit (which we had requested) and the elevator was running again early Monday. Our apartment was on the fourth floor altho it’s listed on the elevator button as 3 so it did cause some confusion on our part how to find our room on what we would consider the 4th floor. The door lock caused a bit of trouble initially until we realized you have to use the key to lock or unlock the door regardless of whether you lift the handle or not. We had wrongly assumed that the lock would automatically work if you lifted the handle as the direction on the door states. Last thing to know is that if you open the windows you will hear exhaust fans and city noise, when they are closed it will filter out most of it.

Positive: The fact we were so central in london and yet it was so quiet was amazing. The whole place is spotless and fitted with everything that we could have wanted! We have bookmarked the place so that we can visit again soon.

Negative: The layout of the bedroom was a little odd. It was hard to easily get into bed, and the fact that the plugs were so far away was a little annoying (but not a deal breaker). I am quite tall, and would have appreciated a cushion or 2 on the sofa to put against my back to get comfy. Honestly, such small things which didn't impact our stay at all

Positive: The flat was excellent—very clean, spacious, and nicely furnished. The bed was very comfortable, and despite the restaurants outside, noise and smells were hardly noticeable. There was plenty of space for the two of us, with the living room and kitchen separated by stairs from the bathroom and bedrooms, which made the layout convenient. The location was very convenient, though it was right in the middle of busy Chinatown.

Negative: The only downsides were: on two occasions there was no hot water in the bath. Additionally, we experienced a issue with the agency’s confirmation, but Booking resolved it immediately. Overall, everything else was great and we truly enjoyed our stay.

Summary: Overall, highly recommended in every respect.
