Positive: The cleanliness and the hospitality of the staff was exceptional. The location of the hotel was absolutely amazing. A special thanks to the very friendly and helpful Candaş on the front desk. I visit London frequently; by far this is the best place to stay in terms of money for value. I’ll make sure to stay here in my future travels. Thanks everyone in the staff for their genuine smiles on their faces, cleanliness and being reachable/helpful (very swiftly I might add) 24/7. This sure was a memorable stay!

Positive: Great location, very friendly staff and comfortable rooms.

Negative: The duvet is as large as the double bed, which means very thin. Housekeeping leaves at 4 pm so first night was uncomfortable as no solution was found. That was fortunately rectified for the 2nd night.
