Positive: First up, location is pretty amazing, you're right in the thick of London (if that is what you are after). The apartment is very large and spacious, and looks like the photos. Hosts were accommodating and let us drop off our luggage early with the housekeeper which was very nice of them. Check in was easy.

Negative: Everything is just a little bit worn down and old and feels a bit unloved. The bathroom is not that great, the shower seems to spray everywhere but where you want it to and it has a slight mouldy smell. It's hard to get fresh air in without all the street noise / smells of cars etc (not their fault just the location) and the aircon doesn't really work very well. doesn't seem to get cold. It's just not quite the luxury / comfy / trendy vibe that it looks like in the photos and feels like a lot to pay for a three star vibe. Nothing technically wrong with it, just not great.

Positive: The location of this property really can't get much better than being close to Leicester Square. The apartment was spacious and provided everything we needed for our short stay.

Negative: The wifi wasn't good at all. The bathrooms looked a bit grotty and could do with a bit of attention

Positive: The apartment is very spacious. It was spotlessly clean. The outside noise is completely softened by closing the windows.

Negative: I had specifically chosen this apartment because of the air conditioning. On arrival the air conditioning was not working and reported it immediately. I stayed for 5 nights and by the time I left it was still not fixed. We had to sleep with windows open to keep cool and this allowed all the outside noise in. It can be very noisy just outside China Town.
