Positive: Closer to beach.. like really close Fully equipped kitchen so for folks traveling with kids that are picky eaters very helpful

Negative: Too small.. only one bathroom and it had a very cramped shower We were a 6 people family and it was super difficult with kids wanting to change after the beach and some had to get up early for just using the restroom before others get up

Summary: Decent stay. But very small and is not suitable for family of more than 3 may be 4

Positive: Upon arrival it felt very warm in the unit. The temperature was 79 and the ac was set at 72. We ventured out to see if maybe it had just been turned on shortly before check in. When we got back it was still 78. I messaged the owner and she responded immediately! She followed up in the morning and had an ac repairman out right away. The rest of our stay was very comfortable as the first 2 days were pretty warm (to us Ohioans lol).
