Positive: Extremely nice condo right on the water and within short walk many restaurants. Bedrooms are large as as the living area. Kitchen is very well equipped.

Positive: It is the perfect location, family friendly, without a doubt the best vacation we have ever been on.
Negative: The elevator is not yet ready for operation so my grandmother had a hard time on the steps but besides that everything was exceptional!

Positive: It was all that was advertised. The layout was great and all furniture and fittings were in good condition. The location was great with the beach just beyond the boundary fence. The beach chairs were in good condition and the availability of kayaks was great. The restaurants were all in walking distance. I will definitely come back again.
Negative: The dishwasher didn't clean as well as expected but not a big issue. Would have liked an oar available for each kayak (2 oars for about 5 kayaks)

Positive: Spectacular location and placement. Beautiful place. Easy walk up and elevator if needed. Rental has everything one would need.
Negative: All great - only wished for dimmable lights in main area (options are harsh bright light or off) and the main tv remote didn't work, but that's only minor!
