Positive: My 2nd stay here, we enjoy the location to the beach and restaurants

Negative: I would like a shelf near the kitchen to store groceries. Less knick knacks. In the kitchen, I could not find a large pot to boil water for pasta, need tongs, and it could use a couple wine glasses.

Positive: Accessibility to the beach. Not crowded.

Negative: There was some construction going on to the property but we understand. We could not use the deck. Also, I would switch out the carpet in the bedrooms for tile. They were very dirty.

Positive: Location is great. Easy walk to beach, bars, restaurants and retail. View of beach is nice, partial obstruction but still nice. Accommodations were fine. Parking very convenient.

Negative: We were not alerted to ongoing outside repairs from last storm. Balcony was off-limits, and construction people were on it all week. Very disappointing as the balcony overlooking the gulf was a selling point. Third floor unit and elevator was down on day of arrival until 6pm. Management was responsive to issue with stuck bathroom door. Two bathrooms but only one shower, a bit inconvenient for 4 people. Can't imagine for 6. Asked but received no compensation for balcony and others issues. I would keep looking if returning to the area.

Summary: Lots of issues, balcony off-limits. Construction noise.

Negative: The dryer was not working properly. No matter how long we dried our clothes, they were still damp. There was heat and function however, clothes remained damp. Very strange and frustrating.

Summary: Except for this one issue with the dryer, which was much needed as we had children, it was excellent
