Summary: The location of this property is the best. You have the sunset and literally 50 steps to the gulf. The pool is always so clean and inviting. Love swimming at night when the lights are on too. Condo was great and very kitchen was equipped for cooking meals. Overall, great stay and we would love to come back!

Summary: We've stayed in IRB a few times now, but this is by far the nicest place we've rented. We loved the place so much, that we really rarely left! The house has everything you need. Just show up and enjoy the amazing pool, beach, and sunsets. Walkable to coffee, restaurants, beach shops and CVS. We brought our 10 month old baby, and really appreciated the toys, books, and infant seat with tray for meals. We hope to come back again next year!
