The first floor features a gourmet kitchen with Quartzite countertops, a dining area, a counter-height breakfast bar, a living room equipped with a 55" Roku TV and gas fireplace, a half bathroom, and a relaxing balcony with ocean views.
Upstairs, discover a washer and dryer along with two en-suite bedrooms, each boasting its own private bathroom and comfortable king-sized beds. One bedroom also includes a private balcony furnished with comfortable patio seating, offering unobstructed views of Monterey Bay. At night you can sleep with the patio door open listening to the waves crashing.

Summary: The unit (and especially the view) is exactly as advertised. The weather was spectacular (always helps) but that view is unparalleled and the unit has been tastefully updated. It was great to come back to Seascape for a visit and, a surprising bonus, whale watching directly from the balcony.

Summary: Our family had a beautiful, fun-filled birthday getaway weekend at Daunielle's spectacular ocean front condo, and while we have stayed at Seascape many times over the years, this villa, overlooking the beautiful lawn and ocean front setting, with updated modern furnishings and easy access to the beach made for an incredible family bonding weekend, and we will definitely be back! The host, Daunielle was incredibly accommodating, the villa was impeccably clean, the check-in was easy, and you will not find a more beautiful Seascape condo in the complex!

Summary: This two bedroom villa had a great view. It was very peaceful and relaxing. It was a great stay for my husband, our son & myself It was very clean and well appointed. It had a nice lawn area and a walking path just outside. It was an easy walk to the on-site restaurant and beach. The property manager was very responsive to my questions and made it a very easy check in and check out. I would not hesitate to recommend this villa. I hope to return in the very near future.

Summary: The owner supplied the condo with everything an occupant would need and even complimentary snacks, water, and coffee. The amenities were top notch as were the furniture and appliances. The views to the ocean were as advertised, unobstructed and to behold that for two nights, was glorious, with the undulating waves of the pacific and a spectacular moon lit bay by night. The host was responsive and her attention to the smallest details imaginable was so impressive. This was for my wife’s birthday and I am sure will be one of the memorable ones, thanks to this experience.

Summary: Our 3 nights at the Seascape Resort and this specific property was wonderful! Very close to Monterey, Carmel in the south and Santa Cruz in the north. We took advantage of the short walk down to the beach, the pool, the hot tub and walking the property trails. The unit was very clean, large and with two decks, we enjoyed fantastic views along with a nice lunch on the deck. Overall, a great place to set up your base camp for your visit to Cali.

Summary: This condo was awesome, from the moment we walked in we were drawn to the ocean from upstairs and downstairs. The binoculars provided helped us scope otters, whales, dolphin and sea lions from the balcony. Both King beds were comfy, the space was spotless, well kept and classy beachy decor , with soft textiles and great housewares. Even lovely linens for the large family size table. We will be back!
