Positive: Location was amazing and condo was well appointed. There is a Keurig and a French press, but no drip coffee maker, the screens on both decks are off the rails, and the faucet in the hall bathroom is a very difficult to turn on and fully off. but other than that, everything was wonderful.

Positive: It was like a home away from home but with a better view and location.

Negative: We only had one spare roll of toilet paper between the 3 of us (originally there were to be 4 of us). Theres a leaky facet in one of the bathrooms. Also an instruction sheet for the stove would have been helpful. We could only get the inner ring to work on the 3 ring burner. The screen doors need replacing and the sliding door lock needs fixing.

Summary: Being close to the golf course, the weather and view were great.
