Positive: We loved our stay at Royal Viila, Seascape. The apartment was beautifully presented, well equipped, and really comfortable. We felt at home from the moment we arrived and didn't want to leave! We loved the wonderful seaview from the balcony. We spotted many whales, which really made it special. We enjoyed the nicely kept pool and other resort amenities, the easy access to a beautiful beach and the extra touches in the apartment, such as beach chairs, parasols and games made it feel like a perfect home away from home. The location was great for exploring Santa Cruz, Monterey, and the many attractions in the area. We would recommend to families, couples and friends.

Positive: Location, open plan, great kitchen , nicely decorated , wonderful patio , fireplace . Easy check in and out . Friendly and responsive hosts . Close to amenities . Nice bar in the hotel . Aesthetically pleasing . Lovely pool and hot tub . Close to beach .. free parking . Perfect .

Negative: If I had anything to say, it would be that you can hear people above you thumping around , but that is pretty normal for apartment-type buildings .

Summary: I absolutely loved it, and wished I had booked for longer!

Positive: What a beautiful apartment! My wife and our 16 year old son had a lot of fun. The view is magnificent. The apartment is spacious and roomy with windows and views everywhere. Quiet at night, bed is comfortable. The microwave, coffee pot, toaster, and cookware are all top-notch. The apartment is immaculate, and it is very clean throughout. The property has its own trail, which leads right down to the beach in 5 minutes. Beach chairs, towels, and even little boogie boards are provided. Very cool for any age couples or small families needing to get away. Shopping and places to eat are right across the street Book here. You will be glad you did. We travel often and this place will satisfy even the most particular traveler.

Positive: Super Clean unit, had all you needed, great beds, lots of good pillows & blankets, dish washer, big fluffy towels, windows all along north side, great views from balcony, games, puzzles, chairs, light and speaker to use. Like I said is has it all!!

Negative: On site restaurants was not good at all. Lots of walking to get to pools and hot tubs.
