Positive: Amazing place in the most quiet area of Hoi An! The pool is great, clean and will be in the shade in the late afternoon. Bikes could be rented straight from the villa to easily reach the beach or the town. I would definitely recommend staying here while visiting Hoi An

Positive: Large clean room, lovely covered sitting area with fridge freezer, next to clean swimming pool. In a quiet area surrounded by vegetable gardens. Kind hostess - can’t believe she’s 64! 20 minute walk to beach, 40 minutes walk to old town.

Positive: our room was very clean and spacious, facing the garden and pool. pool was clean and water was warm and very pleasant. the family running the hotel is very lovely and kind. location is perfect for us because is far from the chaos of Hoi An in a calm area among the vegetable gardens, it was very peaceful

Positive: The villa is next to the agricultural/farming fields, quiet area, little shop on the corner to get water and snacks, cafes and restaurants up and down the street. The room is basic, bed and bathroom, aircon and small fridge. Was clean and tidy, great value for money, we stayed a week, the pool and out door area was lovely, and the gardens, there was chickens. The host was great.

Positive: Warm water swimming pool and it was very clean. The room is spacious and airy with a lot of windows. Very quiet at night because it's located in the vegetables field, quite far from the center, but peaceful and relaxing.

Negative: The toilet was not very clean, especially the bidet. No fridge, no hair dryer. Wifi was weak and intermittent :(

Positive: Room was amazing clean and big. The pool was really clean and big. Location on a Motobike was 10 mins away from the beach and 10 mins from the old town. And situated in a beautiful field of vegetable allotments. The view from the balcony at sunset was magical.

Negative: The bed sheet wasn’t big enough for two people. Their Motobike hire worked slightly oddly, we had paid for a full day (120k) but where told to return it by 13:30. We mentioned this and the staff were fantastic and refunded us the half day that we weren’t allowed the motorbike (60k). It should be noted that the homestay hired the motorbikes from somebody else so it shouldn’t reflect badly on them w something to keep in mind
