Positive: Fantastic homestay. Nice and quite away from the busy main areas. In-between old town and n bang beach. A few nice restaurants nearby and reasonable costs. Shop nearby. Overlooked rice fields and herb gardens. The room was spotless and quite spacious. Nice balcony with chairs and lounger. Had use of the kitchen and seating areas. Borrowed some push-bikes to have a ride around and explore. The owners were so lovely and so helpful. Sitting with them to drink tea and had great talks. Recommend this place to anyone staying in Hoi An.

Positive: One of the best places that I have ever stayed in during my 20 years traveling all around Vietnam. The location is great in quiet and peaceful Tra Que. My room was very comfortable and spacious with a large balcony on the 2nd floor. The family who own and run Chez Xuan are wonderful people and outstanding hosts...very friendly and made me feel very much at home during my 6 day stay. I definitely will plan to return and highly recommend that others stay here.
