Positive: Lovely staff. Large, clean, bright room with modern bathroom. Swimming pool was well maintained. Located minutes from both Hoi An and A Bang beach, with easy access to both by Grab taxis. Lovely restaurant across the road.

Summary: Peaceful home base located between the ancient town and the An Bang beach.

Positive: The rooms were amazing, So big and quiet, We had the whole first floor to ourselves 3 huge rooms all with bathrooms, lovely big swimming pool on the grounds, We had breakfast done for us one morning and it was excellent, lovely fresh fruit and juice, just down the little alley way which the accommodation is on there are wonderful village gardens less than 100m walk, free bikes available, excellent hosts.

Negative: Nothing.

Positive: + Good internet connection. + Cleaning is done nicely every 2-3 days. + The hosts are very nice and helpful + Free bicycles + Great value for money if you're a budget traveller

Negative: A 5% surcharge applies for card payments (which is common in Vietnam) and is required upon arrival. Since we were staying for a longer period, I didn’t have that much cash on me right away, so I couldn’t prepare in advance. It would be better if this was communicated beforehand. The bed linen had some stains when we arrived. The edges of the mattress are a bit uncomfortable, and although we requested a double bed, the two mattresses pushed together made it quite uncomfortable. The surrounding area is nice, but in terms of location, it's worth knowing that the city center/historic district is quite far on foot or by bike, and you will need a bike to get to the beach.

Negative: Expensive for the location, no microwave in common area, owner locks the door at 11pm..so you can't really go out.

Positive: We had the whole place to ourselves but still had idividulal rooms with bathrooms. Breakfast was not included but we could order a homemade breakfast at extra cost. We did so a few of the mornings and we were never dissapointed. The cooking was amazing! My husband is a chef and asked our host if he could help with breakfast and she gladly let him cook with her one morning in her home kitchen. The experience was wonderful.

Negative: There was not much that we didn't enjoy. Our hosts were extremely helpful with anything we needed and were available all times of the day. We were hoping for a lounge area to play games and watch movies together but had to do this in the rooms.
