Positive: The bed, sheets and coverlet seemed to clean. The staff was friendly and courteous. The bathroom seemed clean.
Negative: The room did not have a microwave. Seriously? Either you can’t afford them or the typical clientele steals them. Regardless, it does not show well for the hotel. There was a man* outside, the night I arrived and when I left the next day. He offered to help me with my bags. I assumed he was hoping to help for tips. They were clearly not bellman as they wore street clothes. I’m pretty sure the gentleman who approached me in the morning worked there, not the gentleman who approached me the night prior. The one who approached me the night prior did not appear to work there. He just appeared to be loitering, while smoking and talking on the phone, trying to make tips. These attempts to help gave the hotel a “shady” feel. The carpet did not appear clean. I will not stay at this brand hotel again nor recommend to anyone else. It was not worth saving $50. *There were two different men.
Summary: It worked, but I won’t stay at this “Hilton” chain, again.

Positive: There was an issue at check in due to different booking systems not talking to each other, however the amazing staff took great care of us! I would absolutely stay there again!
Negative: I was very pleased with everything at Marriott. They were awesome!
