Summary: Due to heavy rain we stayed the night checked in late evening n the week desk lady helped me combine 4 registrations i had in the Bonve rewards program she said “before u leva check in with us at the desk for your member number because i will need time in the computer to combine all your points” my goodness that was above and beyond excellent service to me the next day they was a different desk person but she knew exactly what to find y card im impressed thank you management for staff training to the 2nd power!

Summary: We really liked the hotel as it look really high class but it seems the spent all theoney on looks as the mattress were very uncomfortable.

Summary: I stayed in this place many times before. I can tell that it went down a lot. When I entered around 8 PM there was no one behind the desk. I called and screamed, and no one answered. I called the hotel and can hear the phone rings but there was no one to pick up. I waited for a long time before an agent came from wherever she was. The carpet smells like sewage. The quality of breakfast went down a lot too. I will avoid as much as I can in the future.
