Summary: The stay was amazing! the afternoon and evening staff are friendly except the morning crew. their very quick and rude about getting you out during checkout time, not even a comment like "have a good day" but other than that it's great.

Summary: They are outstanding! I love going here occasionally. The staff are amazing, the breakfast is great, and they don’t require on the spot charges for incidental fees(only if damages occur after your stay) and the rooms are comfortable & like home. I recommend it. Plus they are affordable.

Summary: This place and most good hotels in Gallup and in this particular area are by the freeway and so lot of noise of the passing by night 18-wheelers. So be wary.

Summary: I often travel home and book at this location because I enjoy the stay. I did have a bit of a sour experience this time around as I had overslept on my check out morning. When I called the front to kindly request a late check out, I was told they could not accommodate me because that sort of request needs to be made the day before. I understand the availability of the hotel may have not made this an option, but the lack of willingness diminished the value of the benefits at this location.

Summary: I used Hotels.com thinking that it would be cheaper than booking on my own -- the price was the same -- the main reason I picked Comfort Suites was because the website indicated that there was a POOL -- when I checked in there is a sign indicating their POOL was out of order -- I mentioned this to the clerk who said the POOL has been out of order since OCTOBER 2024 and that the website has updated it's information

Summary: I did not feel welcome. Neither of the front desk staff made eye contact. When asked if there was a first-floor room, she answered, "No, it's full." A better answer would have been, "I am sorry, sir, our first floor is full." Second, the AC did not work; there was a loud noise coming from the unit. She told me to "turn it off, then turn it back on." Seriously! When I pressed her on it, she TOLD me that "I would have to come down and get a key." When I got the key, there was no apology for the inconvenience or any eye contact; you could almost taste the attitude. SHE should have brought the key to me. As a retired manager of Corporate Marriott Hotels, you need to teach your people basic communication soft skills. I would greatly encourage you to apologize. As far as the product itself, I liked it. Step up your game
