Positive: 227 Swedes Street is only two blocks from the beach, shops and eating establishments. The townhouse is spacious and well maintained. There were six of us and we had plenty of room and didn't fall all over each other. The kitchen was well supplied and all the appliances were in great condition. Nice deck off the back and a large grill ready for use.

Negative: We really didn't have any complaints.

Summary: This was our second stay at 227 Swedes Street and we plan to return again.

Positive: 227 Swedes was only a few blocks from the ocean and restaurants. The townhouse was spacious and nicely decorated. The kitchen was well equipped and we only had to buy food for our meals. The bedrooms were a good size and the deck was great for relaxing in the afternoon. We would definitely stay here again.

Negative: Can't think of any negatives. The only problem we had was with the electronic lock. Booking.com indicated that you key in the code and then press the check button. There wasn't a check button. After a few tries, we figured out that you turned the lock toward the hinges after keying in the combination.

Negative: Didn't really receive any instructions on how to leave the house or anything I could have done to make your lives easier. Could be useful to provide to others in the future

Positive: Rental property was very clean and well equipped. The location was within walking distance to several restaurants. Keycode entry made it easy to access. Appreciated the fact that it was pet friendly.
