Summary: Great location! Nice, short, easy walk to the beach with our chairs and umbrella. Also a short walk to restaurants. Very comfortable and at a super-reasonable price. We would certainly rent this property again.

Summary: The place is cute and quaint. It is in a nice neighborhood about a half mile from Dewey beach. The furniture is pretty old and the upstairs ceilings are quite low in places, but the place is comfortable and has a decent amount of space. We would stay here again!

Summary: The house is clean and comfortable, and the neighborhood is quiet. Kathy was very accomdating and accessible during my stay. If i were visiting Dewey in the future, I would stay here again

Summary: We stayed here for an anniversary trip for 4 nights and enjoyed the location and space. Only a few blocks to walk to the beach and far enough away that the neighborhood is fairly quiet—great spot! The walls/door between the owners property and the rental apartment were a bit thin if you’re looking for a lot of privacy, but we were mostly out and about so it didn’t impact our stay.

Summary: Dewey Beach has always been one of our favorite places to stay & we were very happy to find this rental. It's in a quiet neighborhood a few blocks from the main road which was very nice at night when we just wanted to relax. It is 3 blocks from the beach so be prepared to bring everything with you that you may need so you don't have to go back & forth more than necessary. Kathy was a great host and very responsive. We left a few clothing items behind by mistake when we checked out and she was nice enough to ship them to us the next day! Very appreciated! We would stay again.

Summary: My group of friends (3 couples altogether) stayed here over the weekend and could not have had a better time. It was clean, relaxing and close to everything Dewey has to offer. We also really enjoyed the fact it was tucked a couple blocks in from the main strip- it was very peaceful. We loved the private back porch area. We rented a bonfire permit for Saturday night (highly recommend) as Kathy gave us great recommendations on where to look online for events/things to do. She was also incredibly welcoming and kind. We couldn’t recommend a stay at her place enough, and hope to come back again next year!

Summary: The owner is a wonderful host. The place is exactly as posted online. It was a very easy check in process. There was plenty of space for the four of us and we had a great stay. Very close to all Dewey beach has to offer. Owner was very responsive.

Summary: This was a super easy, low-key stay. Responsive host. Easy check in (and she let us come early!) and super easy check out. The place is about 3 medium to longish blocks from the beach. Swedes beach is a great location with lifeguards on duty in summer.
