If you're looking for a spacious 3 bedroom + Loft, 2.5 bath townhome with a loft located bayside and within walking distance of restaurants, shopping and nightlife, this is the place for you! The main living area is on the 2nd floor and features a deck where you can enjoy the sunrise or sunsets. All bedrooms are on the 1st floor and the 3rd floor is an open loft with another deck. Loft has a D/S Bunk & a Double sleep sofa. Sleeps 10.
Pet Friendly w/$200 NR Pet Fee + $300 (refundable) Pet Dep w/no damages or clean-up. Pet Addendum must be signed and returned with lease.
Please Note: Lease will be emailed from a local real estate company. There is no refund for cancellation through VRBO. However, Crowley Assoc. does offer a cancellation policy separately which is stated in the lease agreement.
