Positive: Lovely location in the centre of Bowness. Clean and modern and lovely and warm with underfloor heating

Negative: Room 3 is a little small. Bed is only a double. Other rooms are biqgger and have bigger beds. Rooms only serviced when occupants change, could do with a daily update for coffee, water towels etc. You could.text the office but it would be good to be done automatically at this price.

Positive: The location of the property was fab, right beside the pubs and resturants and about 5 minutes from the lake. The room was nice and clean, the information how to get in the property and places to visit around the area was great, simple to read and understand. The carpark was just a few minutes walk to the property which was fab too not having to take bags for miles in the rain. Little personal touch like, face masks, slippers, toothbrush & toothpaste 😆

Negative: Love a big wet room, only down side once u had a shower the floor was wet for a while, and if u need the toilet throught the night the bathroom light went in to the bedroom aswell. The heating really doesnt need to be on the room was hot.

Positive: I booked this, it was room only. Tea and coffee available in the room, but only 2 sachets of milk for 2 people for 2 nights! Room was good, bathroom excellent. Nice heating and room was warm, even though it was chilly outside. Bath was very nice. Rooms clean, nice towels and good shampoo and soaps. Also a fridge, which was good for keeping food and drinks cool. Fantastic location, very very central for shops bars and restaurants..

Negative: People above in the room above were really noisy, the floor creaked and you could hear every step, especially when they woke at 3am and 4 am to go to the bathroom.... Also, parking was 10 minute walks away, public car park which was very busy. Double yellow lines all around the accommodation, so with heavy suitcases it was challenging to push them up the inclines to the car park.

Summary: Nice accommodation, great location, helpful hosts.
