Summary: I booked the Lakes hotel for my husband’s birthday. I requested a surprise package which included balloons and confectionary. We had a complimentary upgrade to the Windermere suite as this made it even more special for my husband and he was really over the moon with the views. From start to finish the staff were welcoming, kind and really helpful. On arrival, Mali one of the receptionist gave us a tour of the hotel. Mark showed us to our room and showed us how to use the hot tub etc. We enjoyed the using spa facilities and we also dined in one of the hotel restaurants called Mizumi. The food was lovely and staff were helpful. Thank you for this amazing stay, it was amazing!

Summary: We arrived at the hotel and were greeted by the loveliest staff! We were then kindly given an upgrade from a snug room to a superior double with lake views which absolutely made our stay! Such a king gesture. This is our 5th time visiting we try to make it at least twice a year!
