A cosy room with a corner sofa and huge cinema TV, here you can hunker down with popcorn to spend the evening playing your favourite board games with the whole family. Opposite the snug, make your way through to the dining room, the perfect room to relax, entertain and dine with family and friends.
Continue through into the sunny living room, where a wall of bi-folding doors opens out onto the terrace and provides stunning lake views. Summary: This was one of the best vacation rentals we have ever had. The house was gorgeous, spacious, had everything we needed and then some, and had a spectacular garden. The location is close to Bowness and is quiet and relaxing. Would definitely come back again.

Summary: So much space for everyone to relax (we were 8 adults). The grounds are beyond amazing and an absolute luxury to enjoy just for us. Excellent welcome hamper of tasteful goodies. Just a heads up to bring your own body wash and shampoo/conditioner. Hand wash is provided.

Summary: A stunning house in a beautiful location. Excellent property for our family to come together. Appointed to a high standard. We had a couple of small issues which were dealt with quickly. One thing we felt was it could benefit from a second fridge particularly for a property of this size. Would have no hesitation in booking again.

Summary: A fantastic stay in a beautiful home in outstanding surroundings. The photos of the property do not do it justice! We were all blown away by the garden, which is like having your very own private woodland. Complete with a little waterfall and stream running through it. Perfect for the kids to explore. We will definitely be staying again in future and are already looking at dates for another 60th birthday. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Summary: The Property was absolutely perfect, It was immaculately clean and well-presented upon arrival and completely exceeded all expectations. In addition to the house itself the private grounds are absolutely stunning!!! In the past we have run a number of Waterfront Executive Holiday lets on the Gold Coast in Australia and I can without any hesitation fully recommend this property, it is even better in real life than in the online photographs, absolute 10 out of 10 from the Bell Family.

Summary: This is a lovely house with a beautiful garden. The house backs south and has an amazing view over lake Windermere and the mountains beyond. The position is good and we found ways to town and to the lake which didn't involve too much walking on roads. The two main bedrooms were magnificent, and the other three quirky rooms were of a good size. The bathroom, which served these three rooms was a bit small. All the downstairs rooms were well laid out and decorated to a very high standard. The patio running the length of the house was great and we ate most of our meals out there. The garden is amazing, but not somewhere that toddlers can visit unsupervised and there are a lot of steps. An outstanding property in a quiet area, with access to town and the lake for boarding, boating or swimming. Only issue back door and side gate do not align properly and the bolts cannot be put on. A lovely welcome ha,per for us packed with goodies.

Summary: Beck View was just a perfect setting for a family get together over a long week-end. The house was superb, the accommodation was just perfect for our party of 9. Plenty of space for adults and children to be together yet also allowing children and adults to have their own spaces both outside and inside. It is a quality property with fantastic views and beautiful features. The garden is huge and inviting with lots of areas to explore and the running water of the beck and the rustling of the trees just added to the sense of peace and tranquility. Thoroughly recommended.

Summary: Can’t think of how our trip could have been better. The communication was great. The property was amazing. Lots of space for nine people to spread out. The house was well equipped and exceptionally clean. Even the basket of goodies waiting for us when we arrived was above and beyond. Thanks for helping make our trip so special.
