Summary: Clean hotel, buffet breakfast. Small bar given the size of the hotel which closed early on a Saturday night. We had a lake view family room which was big and comfortable. However there was a drainage smell in the bathroom. The pool and hot tub are fabulous

Summary: Excellent accessible room. Lots of space for wheelchairs, very relaxed atmosphere. Close to main street in Bowness but at the top of a very steep hill. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Summary: Hotel room was very dated, carpet had a stain on it, tile in bathroom cracked. Not what we expected as cost £458 for two nights. Breakfast was good, with good variety. Location of hotel is good for walking to many bars and restaurants. Wouldn’t return based on cleanliness of the room. Another we never knew is you pay an additional fee to use the swimming pool. Have stayed in many hotels and never have I had to pay to use the facilities!
