Positive: The location was within easy walking distance of many of the places we wanted to visit in the town. The apartment was spacious, comfortable and included all we needed, The weather was hot and it is a 3rd floor apartment (with elevator) but the venting skylights and fans worked like a dream to keep all rooms cool. The owner was very responsive.

Positive: Convenient location. Extremely clean, comfortable and stylish apartment. The owner also left us some treats that were greatly appreciated. Owner contacted us before and during our stay to provide information and check that we were happy with everything.

Negative: Nothing at all to dislike and would highly recommend. My second stay in this apartment and will definitely visit again.

Positive: Great communication with the owner who gave detailed instructions with regards to getting to the apartment and recommendations. The location of the apartment couldn't be better, just a short walk into town and to have the option of a parking space is so handy for those travelling by car. I travelled with my elderly Mum and the lift and front door access was spot on as there were no stairs to navigate. The apartment itself is beautiful. It is spacious yet cosy, spotless and the decor is lovely. Everything you could possibly need is there. If you are looking for somewhere to stay in York, look no further, I don't hesitate recommending a stay here.
